We accept returns and exchanges provided the customer contacts us within: 3 days of delivery.
However we don’t accept cancellations.
We ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Please contact us if there are any problems with the order.
Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in the original condition.
- The refund shall be made after deducting the shipping cost.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer
- We will not be responsible for custom charges in India, if payable, on returned goods.
- Returns will be accepted only when sent via Registered Post (First Class International Mail) with No Commercial Value & Declared as `Sample’.
